DADA exhibiting at Association of Project Management (APM) Power of Projects Conference

The project profession is growing. It is projects – large and small – and the people behind those projects, that powers this growth.

Join us for APM’s brand new Power of Projects conference series in 2020. Taking place in Edinburgh, London and Manchester, each conference will cover topics that really matter to project professionals now and in the future, focusing on the people, projects and delivery tools that make projects successful.

The APM Power of Projects Conference London, held on the 21st May, will aim to inspire the profession of today for the challenges of tomorrow and will cover three main themes:

PROJECT LEADERS

This stream offers project professionals the tools to not only invest in themselves, but also their wider teams. Come to this stream to develop your project leadership skills, improve wellbeing in your project teams and understand new ways to manage change.

PRIDE IN PROJECTS

Every day the project profession delivers another ground-breaking project; whether it’s a research project to cure disease or implementing new technology to deliver renewable energy – the future is now. We’re challenging the role of the project professional in climate change and offering you inspiration with ground-breaking project case studies in this stream.

DELIVERING PROJECT SUCCESS

Project professionals never stop learning; this stream aims to equip delegates with valuable tools and techniques to help them to deliver more successful projects. Here we’ll tackle subjects as diverse as the hybrid approach, setting up complex projects for success and getting the most from learning legacies.

And here’s the best part. We’re there this year!

Delegates can look forward to discussing topics that really matter to project professionals now and in the future, learning how to invest in themselves and their teams and picking up valuable project management tools from experts in specific areas of project management.

Inspirational stories and ground-breaking projects that make real impact to society will be showcased alongside practical project management tools and valuable tips for career development. The conference will also feature a number of exceptional and influential speakers.
