DADA awarded by TfL for Bid Scoring services

DADA has been selected for public sector grant assessment, bid scoring and moderation services

DADA has been selected to support a major public sector grant assessment, bid scoring and moderation contract linked to skills, employment, education and inclusive growth.

The work will help protect the integrity of public funding decisions by testing whether grant and bid applications are credible, evidenced, deliverable and aligned to the outcomes they promise.

DADA’s role will focus on fair and consistent assessment, evidence-based scoring rationales, supplier-led moderation, feedback quality assurance, conflict-of-interest controls, audit trail management and lessons learned across future grant rounds.

This is not simply “marking applications”. The service requires a specialist assessment bench covering skills and employment, further education, learner support, inclusion, social value, capital / technical assessment, moderation, quality assurance and assessment project management office support.

We are continuing to register experienced assessors, moderators, quality assurance reviewers, education / skills specialists, capital project assessors and assessment PMO professionals.

This is a long-running contract opportunity, but the work is expected to be call-off based rather than full-time. It may suit experienced grant assessors, public-sector evaluators, portfolio consultants, semi-retired professionals and specialists looking for focused public-sector assignments.
