Following our Round-table discussion at the Institute of Directors (IoD), Dada are pleased to have been invited to present at the University of West London (UWL) at a further Round-table this time organised by AK Optimize Limited .

At the Round-table event at the IoD Project Leaders explored how they could apply Agile PMO, risk management, project governance, procurement, and change management to the range of project control and management challenges Brexit poses. At the coming event Project Leaders will be able to look at the pressing issues facing Project Managers in the UK.

As Education Manager at Association for Project Management Casper is an experienced Relationship, Engagement and Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the insurance, financial services and education sectors.

Richard Lewis, Client Programme Manager at Tideway London ~
A Chartered Engineer, with 20 years’ + experience leading major projects in the process industries enhanced by a Master’s degree in Project Management. As Client representative for the Tideway programme (value £3.4bn) Richard reports to COO and is responsible for performance of the Programme Management Contractor. Acting as the key client representative to programme wide external stakeholders Richard chairs the Alliance Management team consisting of 3 Joint ventures.
  Stuart Easton, CEO of Transparent Choice ~ Stuart Easton is passionate about PMOs delivering strategic value. His blog on PMO effectiveness is both informative and fun and his company, TransparentChoice, is a leader in portfolio management software. Stuart hates waste and has helped large companies, governmental bodies and non-profits identify and eliminate 10% to 40% of waste in their portfolio.
Sachin Melwani, MD of DADA Enterprises The most important to Sachin is ‘disruptive creativity’. Leveraging his strong knowledge of ERP transformation from the Client, Prime Integrator and Tier Supplier perspectives, through DADA he now aims to bring genuine innovation to the traditional consultancy model by offering a unique “Consultancy as a Subscription” service.
