Following our Round-table discussion at the Institute of Directors (IoD), Dada are pleased to have been invited to present at the University of West London (UWL) at a further Round-table this time organised by AK Optimize Limited .
At the Round-table event at the IoD Project Leaders explored how they could apply Agile PMO, risk management, project governance, procurement, and change management to the range of project control and management challenges Brexit poses.
