DADA recertified to ISO9001 Standard

Pleased to announce that our Quality Management System (QMS), has been recertified as achieving the ISO 9001:2015 certification. The ISO 9001 standard improves organisational practices, meeting the needs of customers and stakeholders, by introducing a framework that drives continuous improvement.

In being recertified to ISO9001 Standard we had to demonstrate 7 core principles:

  • Customer focus – Meeting customer needs and exceed their expectations, driving customer loyalty.
  • Leadership – Clear guidance from leaders who prioritise quality management.
  • Employee engagement – Encouraging employees to participate in continual improvement activities.
  • Process approach – Understanding quality activities as a system can help efficiently produce consistent, predictable results.
  • Improvement – Continually improving our QMS to consistently provide high-quality output and take advantage of new opportunities.
  • Evidence-based decision-making – Analysis and evaluation of data, which helps drive continual improvement.
  • Relationship management – Fostering strong relationships to create value.

A Quality Management System is a framework designed for consistently meeting client requirements and improving customer satisfaction with high-quality output.
