Denver COVID-19 emergency operations center
Denver quickly transformed its Emergency Operations Center to be virtual, using digital forms created with Nintex, to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dada Enterprises lead the solution development and business consultancy to transform Arup’s ADIA project into a project-oriented project. Dada designed the entire P3M system using workshops and interviews to jointly analyse the competencies to be established, organizational structures and required processes to effective tool support. We managed a global roll-out of a standardised Project Controls reporting approach which allowed an automatic transfer of data between the between multiple ERP systems. This helped Arup to control their risks, fee management and contractors’ costs.
Dada Enterprises provided P3M3 consulting to Arup in moving to a more project-oriented company, with supporting organisational structures and tool sets.
Arup is a British multinational professional services firm headquartered in London, which provides engineering, design and business consultation. Arup was founded in London in 1946, and is best known for its design work on the Sydney Opera House. It has 83 offices in 31 countries worldwide. In 2015, revenues were £1,125.5 million and 12,143 employees.
The key success factors for Arup was that the ADIA project needed to schedule activities, record actual hours expended, and calculate internal break even rates to be more easily reported raise invoices and track their commercial position and profitability. Their previous processes were very manual and stressful with no one in the project knowing who was in charge.
Solutions:
Dada Enterprise’s cost management system which improved Arup’s invoicing process and monthly portfolio reporting. A P3M3 assessment was carried out resulting in a revised organisation with clear responsibilities.
