Colin Rae

Colin is an experienced Project Planning / Controls practitioner with excellent planning and analytical skills, which he has gained across numerous sectors including Oil & Gas, Construction, (Civils, Mechanical, Electrical & Building) Water, Utilities within both the private and public sectors. Colin is well versed in creating, monitoring, maintaining and updating fully resourced and cost loaded programmes within Primavera P6 through the entire Lifecycle of Frameworks and Projects from Option Selection to Close Out.

Colin is an experienced Senior Planner, who has produced detailed fully resourced, and cost loaded programmes including Earned Value, CPI/SPI, Critical Path Analysis, Resource Histograms and S-Curves.

Whether as Tender Planner and Lead Planner, coaching junior staff, Colin has developed various progress reporting suites including Dashboards (Project on a Page, EVM, Critical Path Analysis, SPI/CPI) covering the entire Lifecycle of Projects from Initial Business Analysis & Concept Selection to Validation & Close Out. He can facilitate interactive planning sessions towards an integrated project schedule.
