Integrated Systems Consultancy Services contract award from British Transport Police

DADA is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the British Transport Police (BTP) Integrated Systems Consultancy Services Contract under the ESPO 664_25 Strategic IT Framework.

This marks an important milestone in our ongoing commitment to supporting digital transformation across the UK public sector. The engagement will help BTP prepare for the future modernisation of its key organisational systems, ensuring alignment with cloud opportunities, improved integration, automation, and long-term operational resilience.


Supporting BTP’s Future Digital Vision

As part of this Discovery engagement, DADA will be deploying a multidisciplinary consulting team, including:

  • Governance and Roadmap Leads

Together, this team will deliver a structured assessment across multiple areas of BTP’s technology landscape.

The scope includes:

  • System integration and API readiness review
  • Data architecture and Data Lake feasibility
  • Process mapping across HR, Finance, Payroll and operational systems
  • Duty Management System (DMS) maturity review
  • Automation feasibility analysis
  • Exit strategy planning for future cloud/hybrid models
  • Governance and implementation roadmap
