Go-live on UK Power Networks Project Controls solution

Dada Enterprises who have delivered real business transformation through our expertise in complex portfolio, program and project management are system integrators on a major ERP Go-Live in December for UK Power Networks. The Project Controls system will help them manage a portfolio of projects which with an annual value over £500m.

UK Power Networks runs and maintains the network in the South-East, as well as the East of England and London. As part of its drive to constantly working to improve the performance of its network and to meet future needs for power UK Power Networks invests more than £500 million a year in its networks through its Capital Programme and Procurement directorate. Dada Enterprises has joined Enzen who have a background in being a partner of choice, successfully implementing projects for global utilities across India, the United Kingdom and the United States in delivering this solution for UK Power Networks.

Dada Enterprises has been working with and Enzen to deliver real business transformation to UK Power Networks through their combined expertise in complex portfolio, program and project management.

The Enterprise Application Management portfolio solution delivered for UK Power Networks covers systems product identification, evaluation, selection, design, implementation and production support. As such the Enterprise Application Management delivered included Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Application Integrated (EAI) and Business Intelligence (BI).

The project with UK Power Network was to deliver an integrated systems solution to manage an annual investment programme of £500 million a year through UKPN’s Capital Delivery Projects directorate. The solution delivered implemented new systems which was integrated with UKPN’s Asset Management, Projects Delivery, Cost Estimating solutions and Risk management functions. The systems solution covered the implementation of SAP CRM, SAP PS/PM and integrating this ERP solution for Asset Management with an Oracle ERP solution for Projects Delivery and Contract Management through Primavera Unifier and Nomitech Cost OS.
