Supply of SQEP risk management resource to deliver customer programmes to lead on the implementation and continuous improvement of risk processes, analysis, and strategies for business-critical programmes, leading on the delivery to diverse clients across the nuclear industry. The security cleared risk management to National Nuclear Laboratory (NNL), often carried out significant often complex risk, and impact assessments that could have resulted in significant financial or schedule penalties for the business. Working within the PMO office, our SQEP resource supported Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) capacity building across NNL ensuring that there was an efficient, effective, and comprehensive approach to risk management providing effective controls and assurance to minimise risk events, which could result in a negative impact to the organisation/employees/assets and poor customer outcomes, reputational damage, or regulatory scrutiny/intervention.
Supplied of visibility of risk/opportunity events & causes to facilitate risk cost/ schedule analysis, timely draw down of risk budget or retirement or realisation of risk/opportunity.
