William has worked as Chief Contract Finance Manager on a contract packages based on FIDIC standard forms (Red & Yellow books) with JICA amendments, further to his experience on NEC Contract suite. With experience managing team of 10 staff in the measurement and estimating teams and production of tender documents, William provides mentorship to team members in their professional development and assessment and reporting on contract claims and counter claims and issuing claim notices. Preparation of Employer’s position in response to Contractor’s referral to the Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB). Providing details of the relevant events and circumstances to the legal team and providing witness statement and giving evidence at DAB 1 hearing on costs and DAB 2 hearing on disruption and prolongation issues.
