Anthony is qualified in Surveying and Construction Economics and has led the preparation of Bills of Quantities for some of the larger PQS firms in Dublin. This has covered the remeasuring of works and the preparation of method statements, claims, cost plans / budget costing, full re-measurement of Tender Bills of Quantities for sub-contractors and main contractors.
Anthony has worked as a Construction Consultant since 2000 where he has worked as a Project Manager and Estimator for developers, sub-contractors, and main contractors.
Anthony carries out BoQ analysis, surveying, and snag lists for residential projects. He has carried out Estimating for main contractors on projects such as; House refurbishments, New Builds (Apartments/Houses), Nursing Homes, Road Works, Office Blocks, Demolition, Underpinning jobs, Hospital refurbishments and Service Stations. Anthony has priced jobs for sub-contractors, such as; Painting, Formwork and concreting, first fix carpentry, Roof finishes, Second fix carpentry, Partitions / plastering / ceilings, Ground works / Civils, Electrical, and Heating / Plumbing.
