Ali is a highly decorated and dynamic Senior Planning Engineer well versed in developing integrated programme schedules, and an expert in use of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project software as well in Primavera Risk Analysis.
Proven success in updating and supervising project/contract schedule, performing and implementing mitigation plan, monitoring and expediting schedule, critical path analysis, identifying area of concerns, provide corrective actions, coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and vendors to resolve any interface issue. Developing project plan, key Performance Indicators and related analytical reports. Developed work breakdown structure and prepare diagrams, graphs and charts to analyse problems and risks, maintained weekly risk management reports, EVM, s-curves, milestones tracker and manpower histogram for the senior management.
